TTC Lines Part 44: York Mills

With fresh aqua green tiles and a wide middle platform, York Mills feels a lot less cavernous than most TTC stations.

These middle platform stations are always great for getting symmetrical shots.

The red circular benches around the pillars add a bit of playfulness to the station's design. It's a creative alternative to the typical seating you find on subway platforms.

It feel like it's been a while since I've gotten a good old fashioned payphone shot.

The ridiculously long escalator up to street level leads me to believe that York Mills is one of the deepest stations on the TTC.

The next station is Lawrence.
