TTC Lines Part 34: Midland

Although it looms over the street below, Midland is one of the smaller stations on the Scarborough Line.

The station incorporates an X pattern over its windows, something that appears in a few other stations on Line 3.

I enjoyed the mix of light and dark when taking pictures on the lower level.

As the track passes overhead, the lower level is divided by Midland Avenue with two separate entrances.

The narrow escalators allow just enough room for the narrow stairways.

The next station is Scarborough Centre.
